At Thistle Tavern, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new attire isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our tavern team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
